1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Vsteq Softwares Private Limited ("Vsteq", "we", "us"), the company that makes FleetKing. By creating an account or using the FleetKing website, web app or mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for your business.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login and OTPs private. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff and drivers you add.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features. No credit card is needed. To keep using the Service after the trial, choose a paid plan.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

• FleetKing Pro costs ₹90 per vehicle per month, billed annually in advance (₹1,080 per vehicle per year).
• GST is charged extra at the applicable rate. We issue GST invoices for every payment.
• Vehicles added during a billing year are charged pro rata for the rest of that year.
• Fleets of 50 or more vehicles can ask for custom pricing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of a payment. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Full details are in our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into FleetKing. You can export your trips, ledgers and reports to Excel at any time. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to track vehicles you do not own or operate without permission;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the Service;
• upload harmful code or other people's data without their consent.

8. Third-party data and services

Document, challan, toll and GPS information comes from third-party and government sources. It can sometimes be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Please check important details with the original source before you act on them. We are not responsible for fines, penalties or losses caused by errors in third-party data.

Marketplace offers such as insurance, loans and parts are provided by partners under their own terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep FleetKing available at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or events outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features over time, and will give notice of major changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for. You can close your account at any time. After closure, we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
