1. Who we are

FleetKing ("FleetKing", "we", "us") is a product of Vsteq Softwares Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at RC 38, Narayan Vihar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use the FleetKing website, web app and mobile apps (together, the "Service").

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address, company name and GSTIN.
• Vehicle details: registration numbers you add, and the records we fetch for them, such as RC, insurance, PUC, fitness, permit, e-Challan and toll details.
• Business data you enter: trips, parties, expenses, payments, and driver and staff records.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, IP address and crash logs.
• Location data: vehicle location from a GPS device, only if you connect one.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and run the Service, including trip, document and accounts features.
• To send alerts, reminders and reports by WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• To process subscriptions, payments and GST invoices.
• To give you customer support and onboarding help.
• To improve and secure the Service, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Data from government and third-party sources

To fetch vehicle documents, challans and toll records, we request data from official government records and licensed data partners using the vehicle numbers you add. We use this data only to show it to you inside FleetKing and to send you related alerts.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us run FleetKing, such as hosting, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, and payment processing, under written agreements;
• with marketplace partners such as insurers or lenders, only when you ask for a quote or service from them;
• when required by law, a court order or a government authority.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use encrypted connections, access controls and regular backups to protect it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you as required by law if a breach affects you.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records, such as invoices, for longer.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance with us. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
