Service delivery policy

1. What we deliver
FleetKing is online software. We do not ship any physical goods. The Service is delivered digitally through the FleetKing website, web app and mobile apps for Android and iPhone.
2. When you get access
- Free trial: your account is ready as soon as you sign up with your mobile number.
- Paid plans: your plan is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed. In rare cases, such as a bank delay, it can take up to 24 hours.
- You get a confirmation and a GST invoice by email or WhatsApp after every payment.
3. Onboarding
Every new customer gets a free onboarding call in Hindi or English to help add vehicles, staff and parties. We call you to schedule it within 2 working days of sign-up.
4. GPS devices and marketplace products
If you buy a GPS device, insurance, loan or parts through the FleetKing marketplace, that product is supplied and delivered by our partner under their own delivery terms. We will share those terms before you place the order.
5. If access does not start
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, call or WhatsApp +91 70238 77157 or email hello@fleetking.in with your payment reference, and we will fix it right away.
