What is FleetKing?
FleetKing is fleet management software for truck, bus and taxi owners in India. It keeps trips, vehicle documents, challans, tolls, diesel, drivers and accounts in one app, and shows the profit of every trip and every vehicle.
Do I need to install a GPS device?
No. Documents, challans, tolls and bookkeeping work without any hardware. If you want live tracking and fuel alerts, connect your existing GPS or get one through us. Call us to check if your device is supported.
How are my vehicle documents fetched?
Enter the RC number and FleetKing pulls the registration, insurance, PUC, fitness and permit details from official government vehicle records. You can also upload scans for anything that is missing.
Can my munshi and drivers use it too?
Yes. Add staff with their own login and choose what each person can see or edit. Drivers get a simple app to log expenses and upload bill photos.
Which languages does the app support?
The app works in English and Hindi, and our team gives onboarding and support in both.
Is my business data safe?
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections and daily backups. We never share your party or freight details with anyone.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
₹90 per vehicle per month, billed yearly (₹1,080 per vehicle per year) plus GST, after a 14-day free trial. Fleets above 50 vehicles get custom pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in. You can export all your trips, ledgers and reports to Excel before you leave.
